This webinar recording was part of the Fall 2016 ISTE Professional Learning Series.

Educational leaders are called to make decisions – often outside their personal experience and education. Having sat in many meetings with administrators and technology staff/vendors, I have observed (and admittedly personally experienced) the feeling of being overwhelmed by jargon and technical specs. What’s an administrator to do when the tech jargon starts flying? How are we to set educational vision when the parameters keep changing?

This webinar will be in two parts. Part one will look at some current trends in educational technology to help administrators “speak edtech." Part two will layout one method for setting vision on the frontiers of experience. This webinar is for new and experienced administrators.

Presented by the ISTE Administrator Network.
