Since 2008, ISTE has conducted classroom observations using the ISTE Classroom Observation Tool, an application for laptop or tablet computers that helps teachers, administrators, and researchers to note characteristics of technology-using classrooms in relation to the NETS standards. In 2011, the ICOT was updated to incorporate the revised standards and moved from a proprietary application to Microsoft Excel. This webinar will help new and past users of the ICOT to take advantage of the tool's new features, and will discuss how to use the ICOT to support educational decision-making.

Audience: Teachers, Administrators, Researchers
