Bio: Dr. Raphael Raphael has been an educator in various capacities for the past 20 years, both in the United States and around the world. He is also Associate Editor for the journal Review of Disability Studies and the co-editor of DIS/ART: The Journal of Disability Culture and the Visual Arts. Dr. Raphael also lectures for the College of Education for the University of Hawaii at Manoa and works as Technology Coach and faculty in international school settings.


Ginger Carlson

Bio: Ginger Carlson has over 20 years’ experience working with schools, families, and educational organizations around the world. She is the author of Child of Wonder: Nurturing Creative and Naturally Curious Children and the subsequent book in the series, Just Add Wonder: Cooking Activities to Nurture and Nourish the Creative Child. She is currently serving as a member of the administrative team at the American Community School of Athens in Athens, Greece.
