With the increased use of education technology in the classroom, initial challenges for districts included access, device selection and identifying meaningful professional development for educators. Although there’s been significant progress on access and device affordability, challenges remain — particularly in providing ongoing professional development that supports and empowers educators to redesign learning with these new tools. That’s where we come in.
With a focus on learning first, technology second, ISTE has been the leader in supporting educators in inspiring learners to reach their greatest potential — always with a focus on learning first, technology second.
Now, districts have the added support from ISTE to ensure they’re future focused — from diagnosing where they are, to planning for innovation, to providing leaders with the resources and PD educators need to prepare their students for success.
